Voglio disdire l'abbonamento, non riesco più ad entrare nell'app, mail e password non li ricordo più.

  buongiorno voglio disdire l'abbonamento e richiedere il rimborso facci la procedura dal sito avira ma appena arrivo alla maschera dei dati scompare tutto , l'ho fatto piu volte ma sempre uguale ma come si deve fare per disdire e richiedere il rimborso?
