    Based on the information you provided to us, we are unfortunately unable to understand your request. You are writing here in a public forum, we do not have access to your customer account or your installation here in this public forum.

    The Speedup Pro version is offered between 1 - 5 devices. Please check the number of licenses you ordered.

    Premium customers with a valid license and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT", also via chat correct license information is required.

    Avira Community is not a way to contact Avira Support directly.
