Bom dia acedi ao anti virus para expriencia foi me debitado o valor , pedi o cancelamento dentro do prazo previsto e até agora não me foi devolvido o valor pago.

Nem me respondem, e eu nem sequer estou usar o produto .

É normal estas situaçãoes.?
