    We do not have any information to answer your question. We have neither information in which country nor with which bank this repayment should have this taken place. There are significant differences. This can take from 2 to 14 days, we cannot say. In addition, we do not have any information about your way to refund.

    Premium customers with a valid license and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT". Your license data is stored there, here in the public forum we have neither access to your account nor to your installation.
    You have already contacted support several times. You have 2 email addresses in your account, log in with the email address you used to order the license.
    Questions about the license or the payment process can only be handled by the support team via your customer account by email in accordance with GDPR. Thank you for your understanding.

    Hello, thank you for your reply! My country is Italy and I paid with paypal. I have already contacted the support twice with the email with which I subscribed but I did not receive a response, so I asked how much the response time was on average!

    The cancellation with the request for refund will be confirmed via E-Mail by support immediately upon receipt. The refund may take from 2 to 14 days.

    You have the documents about your accidentally submitted cancellation and refund. The normal refund process described by Avira can take a few days, we have already told you that.
