    Unfortunately, we don't have access to your Samsung S23 camera settings. You are writing here in the Avira Community, a public forum. We don't have access to your customer account or your installation here, this is only possible by the support team. Unfortunately, you did not provide any information about your installed Avira version, paid or free version?

    Premium customers with a valid license, correct registration (and the reference number) can contact the support team from the customer account directly under "SUPPORT", via email, chat and (partly) phone.
    From the support, you can get an answer to your question about the required bug fix. Thank you for your understanding.
