I can't download AVIRA PRIVACY PAL

Dears, while I have already had the whole AVIRA FREE SECURITY SUITE package on a Hewlett-Packard PC (with W10) for years, since yesterday I have also tried to download it on a new Lenovo PC (with W11) and this package is downloaded and everything works, but it does not download AVIRA PRIVACY PAL!!! Please, how can I fix??? Thank you in advance.

  Now i succeeded:  before I have downloaded and installated the AVIRA PRIVACY PAL, than I have download and installated the AVIRA FREE SECURITY SUITE whole.
