    With your information we can't get a picture, we don't know your Avira version or your OS with the current version number and last updates.
    Premium customers with a valid license and correct registration with the subscription reference number can contact the support team directly from the customer account: via e-mail, chat and (partially) by phone. This is also pointed out in the chat: "If you have an account, please log in for premium support services." Thank you for your understanding.
