With the information provided to us, we cannot understand your issue. We do not have any information about your OS and your settings, which can only be processed via email in accordance with GDPR.

    Unfortunately, questions about your Avira version and your installation can only be processed by the support team via your customer account by email in accordance with GDPR.

    We have been informed that you have already contacted the support team several times and asked them to create a ticket. This ticket you requested was created for you with a ticket number.
