Questions about your Avira version and your installation can unfortunately only be handled by the support team via your customer account by email in accordance with GDPR.
Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT": via email, support chat and (partly) telephone.From there, the support team has access to your installation and can investigate your request, you can also describe what you have already done to correct the error.
