    Your description of your problem, the details of your subscriptions and your request for help here in the forum are not understandable to us. You have made various contacts with the support team and have also received explanations on how to solve your problem.  Also, you have already been helped with questions, without your concrete answers no help is possible. The questions of the support are the first step to be able to help you. Our recommendation is that you answer the support questions, after which your orders can be processed by the support and corrected for you.

    If help on orders is requested from the support team, then it would be expected that the questions of the support team would be answered.

    You are posting in a public forum. We have neither access to your customer account nor to your installation. 

    Questions about your Avira version and your installation can unfortunately only be answered by the support team via your customer account in accordance with GDPR by email.
