You have 2 e-mail addresses stored in your customer account. Please log in to your customer account with the email address you used to order the licence. Each subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.
Your purchased licence is already activated!
Please never enter your personal subscription reference number in a public forum.
Unfortunately, we are not able to support languages other than English and German on this board. So please be so kind and send us a request with one of these languages.
Our Premium Customer Service is available also for French, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish
Feel free to start a new one but keep it in English or German. If your language skills are limited, use an online translation service of your choice.
