    Cancelled my subscription. Will use Proton Pass instead.

    Unfortunately, questions about your Avira version and your installation can only be handled by the support team via your customer account by email in accordance with GDPR.

    Your note: "Phone number is vulnerable to loss." is not understandable, only you can pay attention to your current settings, especially important with 2FA!
    Only you have access to your customer account and your stored access data, which can only be kept correct and up-to-date by you. The old inactive telephone number (2FA) will be deleted and replaced by the current active telephone number (2FA). 

    We have been informed that you have already contacted the support and created tickets there. You will receive further information from Support regarding your tickets, also to avoid duplicate processing. Thank you for your understanding.
