    You are writing here in the Avira Community. We do not have access to your Avira customer account. The Avira Community is a public forum, personal data is not possible from here. We are subject to the strict requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation.  The data for your 2FA installation can only be used correctly by you.

    Unfortunately, questions about your Avira version and your installation can only be answered by the support team via your customer account by email in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. by email in compliance with the GDPR. Here, the publicly accessible Avira Community is unfortunately not a way to contact Avira Support directly. See the Avira Community Guidelines:

    You have already made various contacts with support and have already had contact with support.

    Your:  "However, my 2FA (SMS) no longer works. I no longer receive the SMS."
    We can't say anything about your changes to your 2FA accounts and new logins, as we don't have access to your customer account. 
    It therefore makes sense to continue to contact the support team, also to avoid duplicate processing.
