After updating Windows, the desktop would not load. I had to turn off the Avira firewall and back on!

    Unfortunately, we cannot understand your question: "Do you fix the problem or should I go back to Glasswire?"

    Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account under "SUPPORT": by email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.
    The support team can check your installation and process your request with you by email in compliance with the GDPR.
