    My free trial ended but avira is still trying to renew my subscription 

     

     

    Sorry, but i don`t know what i can do, my trials to contact avira are negativ every time!!!!

    Where is the possibility to write anything to Avira-Support or so???(email-adr?)

    In my account, there is nothing about an active Abo!!!!

    The Live-Support Chat (with Mark-Bot???)  is absolutely unsatisfactory and unsuccessful!!!!

    What can i do????????

    We cannot understand the information you have provided regarding your request.

    You have entered  2  e-mail addresses in your Avira customer account.
    Please log in to your Avira customer account with the email address you used to order the Avira licence. Please also check that all your email addresses are verified.
    Have you entered the delivery address in your PayPal payment process?

    The digital assistant Mark drew your attention to the fact that you are not correctly registered with the email address of your licence.  "Ich bin hier, um Ihnen zu helfen, aber meine Unterstützung ist auf Ihr Abonnement beschränkt."  and "Wenn Sie ein Kundenkonto haben, melden Sie sich bitte an, um den Premium-Support in Anspruch zu nehmen." A satisfactory response can only be expected if you have registered correctly. Please check your e-mail addresses stored in your Avira customer account.

    Unfortunately, questions about your licence or payment processing can only be handled by the support team via your customer account by email in compliance with GDPR.
