Installation Avira Prime sur nouvel ordinateur

Je ne retrouve pas sur mon compte Avira la licence "Prime", qui est actuellement active sur mon ancien ordinateur, lorsque j'accède à ce compte à partir de mon nouvel ordinateur.

Comment dois-je procéder pour retrouver cette licence sachant qu'elle peut être installée sur 5 appareils ?
