Regarding your question: "Is this product able to provide reliable 24/7 VPN?" Correct VPN Pro registration is required for unlimited use - so correct VPN Pro installation, and it's "reliable 24/7 VPN" - no data limits!You have already had various contacts and instructions for installing your VPN licence with Avira Support. It would therefore make sense to continue to contact the support team in your ticket. We have no access and no information - according to the GDPR - to your installation and cannot answer by email in compliance with GDPR.
