is TP link prime still offered?

I was subscribing to TP link prime, which was a subscription offered by TP-link that included Avira prime. When my tp link total security package renewed for the year, tp link prime subscription did not get updated. is TP link prime still offered?

You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum. We do not have access to your Avira customer account and your Avira licence, nor to your purchased Avira installation and your installed OS with version information.
If you download a free Avira product or purchase a premium product, the product will be activated automatically and a personal Avira account will be created for you under the e-mail address used for this process.
Each subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address.
Please check your order. You write: "TP Link Prime subscribed, a subscription offered by TP-Link ...!"
No Avira Prime licence is stored in your Avira customer account, used here.
The digital assistant Mark drew your attention to this: "I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level." and "If you have an account, please log in for premium support services." The support chat can only respond satisfactorily if you are logged in correctly.Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account under "SUPPORT": via e-mail, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.
