    Hello Giacomo,

    You are writing here in a public forum. We have neither access to your Avira customer account and your Avira purchased licence, nor to your Avira installation and your installed OS with exact version number information.
    You are writing here with an e-mail address under which no Avira licence is installed.  You have entered several e-mail addresses in your Avira customer account.

    The digital assistant Mark also drew your attention to this: "I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level." and "If you have an account, please log in for premium support services." A satisfactory answer in the chat is only possible if you have correctly registered your e-mail address!

    You are writing here in a publicly accessible forum, personal data cannot and must not be questioned or answered in this forum in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. Unfortunately, questions about your licence or installation can only be contacted by the support team via your customer account directly under "Support" by e-mail and processed in accordance with GDPR.

    Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account under "SUPPORT": via email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.

    Every subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address. Thank you for your understanding.
