I purchased the VPN software for a 1-year membership on 0.03.2024. Likewise, my friend bought a 1-year membership. But the membership is not activated in any way. (You can also see similar cases in the comments.)
I think there is an integration problem between Apple and Avira. Or your company is committing fraud through Apple!

Please this is not a support place etc. Don't write things like. Because we can't reach your support team!
