    You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum. Unfortunately, questions about your Avira version and your installation can only be answered by the support team via your customer account by email in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. by email in compliance with the GDPR. 

    Did you enter the delivery address for the trial version in the PayPal order process? See:

    This is a PayPal requirement. Unfortunately, we cannot verify your details:
    "And system require my paypal account email to create a new account."

    Every subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.

    The digital assistant Mark already drew your attention to this: "I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level." and "If you have an account, please log in for premium support services."  

    Here, the publicly accessible Avira Community is unfortunately not a way to contact Avira Support directly.  See the Avira Community Guidelines:

    Premium customers with correct registration and valid licence can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account under "SUPPORT"; via email, support chat and (partly) phone.

     Thanks for your reply.

    I sent a request to change my password which is log with my Paypal email, and successfully logged in with Paypal email by changed password.

     I can manage my subscription now. All problem and resolved.
