can't install vpn pro on my xiaomi tvbox S

Hello, I have an Avira Prime subscription, but I can't install it on my xiaomi tvbox.
As it was not available on the Play Store of the box . I had to download the apk and install it.
The installation ends but at the end I can not enter my credentials something blocks, Do you know a way to force the installation or find a version compatible with the TV box which for info does not have RJ 45 cable it works only with wifi.
