Phantom VPN : j'ai payé le produit mais je n'y ai pas accès !?
Bonjour,
Je viens de passer 2 commandes pour Phantom VPN. la première pour un mois et la seconde pour l'année. Dans les deux cas, mon "Avira Free Sécurity" sous windows n'active pas le VPN et m'affiche toujours "Obtenir un trafic illimité" !?
j'ai effectué le paiement via PayPal. Sans réponse et ou déblocage dans un délai de 2 jours. je serai contraint de faire une réclamation auprès PayPal afin d'être remboursé.

Every subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address.
Unfortunately, we are not able to support languages other than English and German on this board. So please be so kind and send us a request in one of these languages.
