CompletedIn my account it's no present my abbonament that I have payed and it 's not possible contact Avira Support. How do I make?

You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum. We have neither access to your Avira customer account and your Avira installation, nor to your installed OS and the current update with the exact version number.
You have entered 2 e-mail addresses in your Avira customer account, please check whether you have verified both correctly. Each subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address.No Avira licence is stored under the email address used for this article. Please log in to your Avira customer account with the email address you used to purchase the Avira licence. Your activated licence will then be displayed in your Avira customer account, and you can install it directly from there.
Questions about your Avira licence and your installation can unfortunately only be answered by the support team via your customer account in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation by e-mail, i.e. GDPR-compliant by e-mail.

Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account under "SUPPORT": by email, chat support and (partially) phone.
