    You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum.
    We have neither access to your Avira customer account and your Avira installation (Avira licence) nor to your installed OS and the current update with the exact version number of the purchased Avira licence.

    Unfortunately, the publicly accessible Avira Community is not a way to contact Avira Support directly. See the Avira Community guidelines: "How do I create a post?"
