PW Manager on Android doesn't work

I think i speak for everyone who uses the andorid avira password manager app. It is not possible to log in with the Master Password. Everyone with android gets the error, that there is no internet connection. But the connection works fine. Deleting the app an reinstall it didn't work. The error still exists. The App is useless and there is no update in sight.

Wir haben weder Zugang zu Deinem Kundenkonto und Deiner Installation, noch zu Deinem BS und Deiner installierten Avira Version. (Avira Password Manager oder Avira Password Manager Pro?)

Du hast bereits Kontakt zum Support aufgenommen.
Premium Kunden mit gültiger Lizenz und korrekter Anleitung können das Avira Support-Team direkt aus dem Avira Kundenkonto unter "SUPPORT" kontaktieren; per E-Mail, Support-Chat und (teilweise) Telefon.
Anhand Deiner dort vorliegenden Kundendaten kann Deine Installation geprüft werden.Dein: "... and there is no update in sight." werden wir an Avira, an den technischen Support weiterleiten.
Sollte noch etwas unklar sein, lass es uns bitte wissen, wir helfen gern.

I have the same error with the Avira PWM App on my Samsung S24 Ultra.
Cleaning the cache, deleting & reinstalling the app won´t work. The password is the correct one, since it works on the web version.
I have no clue how to proceed now. If this wont help, i´ll have to switch to another provider.
Appreaciating any help!

Gleiches Problem auf Xiaomi Pad 6 mit Android 14 und der normalen Password Manager App von Avira. Meldet keine Internet Verbindung bei voller WiFi Verbindung. Völlig unbrauchbar so.
