    We have neither access to your Avira customer account nor to your OS installation. The Avira Community is not a way to contact Avira Support directly. See the Avira Community Guidelines:

A satisfactory response is only possible if the Avira subscription is correctly registered. The connection to the chat also requires and takes place only via a correct login to your Avira customer account.

    Avira Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account under Avira "SUPPORT": via e-mail, chat support and (temporarily) telephone.
