    Unfortunately, we can't get a picture of your issue with the information you have provided.

    You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum - an user2user forum.
    We have neither access nor information about your Avira customer account, your Avira licence or the OS installation. The Avira Community is not a way to contact Avira Support!

    Premium customers with a valid licence can contact the Avira support team from the customer account via “SUPPORT” directly via email, Support-chat and (partly) phone. 
    Only Avira Support can be used to access about your installation.

    Perhaps there is a reader here in the forum who has experience with your request and can answer your questions from experience. Thank you for your understanding.

    Hello,

    I have the same issue on my Galaxy S8 :
    when I enter my Master Password I get message "No Internet Connection"

    I tried on Wifi or 4G connection, it's the same (other apps and websites available)

    App version 2.11
    Android 9

    Please help

    PS: ok on desktop version...

    Premium customers with a valid license and correct registration can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account under “SUPPORT”; by email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone. Your license installation can only be accessed via Avira Support.

    I have the same problem, it is IMPOSSIBLE to access the application with the master password due to that same error "there is no internet connection"

    They all have the same problem and have reported it on Playstore on Google. 


    I haven't been able to enter the application for several months, and I urgently need to enter through the codes that are generated by two-step authentication :( 

    Now it turns out that you need to be a Premium Customer to receive support?  

    I have been using the free version of Avira Password Manager for quite some time and I could access it without problems.
