The digital assistant Mark drew your attention to the uncorrected login: "I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level." and further, "If you have an account, please log in for premium support services." Without correct registration of your licence, no answer is possible.
Premium customers with a valid licence and correct login can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account under "SUPPORT": via email, support chat and (sometimes) telephone. Only Avira Support can be contacted with your questions about your faulty and problematic installation or licence. Thank you for your understanding.
