    You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible - an user2user forum.
    We have neither access to your Avira customer account and your licence nor access or information about your OS installation.
     
    The Avira Community is not a way to contact Avira Support!

    Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account under "SUPPORT": via e-mail, support chat and (sometimes) telephone.

    Did you enter your delivery address during the PayPal order process? See:

    You will not be recognized as a licensed customer without correct registration with the email address used when ordering. 

    Every subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address.

    Please log in to your Avira customer account with the e-mail address used for the order. You can then install and use the Avira Pro version.  You will be recognized in your Avira customer account as a customer with a licence, can install this licence and then use it.

    Avira is subject to the strict requirements of the GDPR and can only be used in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. GDPR-compliant by email via your Avira account.

    Hello, thanks for your response. I understand all this but was hoping someone in the community could offer some advise about how to undo the problem concerning my registration for which I mistakingly did not use the e mail adress used when I did the original purchase. I ll see how to solve it.

    We cannot understand your feedback. We have described how you can solve your problem. 

    No one here in the community has access to your data, only you know it. You are writing here in a publicly accessible forum, we have no information about your personal data and the procedure for installing your licence.
    Once again, we have informed you about the delivery address deposit in the PayPal order process. You have not replied
    No one here in the community has access to your Avira customer account and your installation of the purchased licence.
    You have also been informed about the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation for processing licence matters by email. No one from the community can give you any advice on this, these regulations are prescribed by law and may only be processed in compliance with the GDPR by emailing Avira Support.

    You could try to cancel your current contract by contacting cleverbridge and then make a new account
