    Hello Martin, 

    Unfortunately, we don't understand the information you provided about your request with your access data to the Avira customer account.

    You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum - an "user2user" forum. We have neither access to your Avira customer account and your Avira installation, nor to your purchased Avira license. Here, the publicly accessible Avira Community is unfortunately no way to contact Avira Support. See the Avira Community guidelines: “How do I create a post?  ⇒ Details are important”

    Premium customers with a valid license and correct registration can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account under “SUPPORT”; by email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.

    You have already contacted the support team several times and received instructions.
    “No help at all really frustrating.” are often due to errors in the registration process! The chat requests are often rated as bad. You were asked for information by support on 24.9.24. Did you answer them?
    The digital assistant Mark pointed out errors: “I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level.” and “If you have an account, please log in for premium support services.” Satisfactory answers are only possible after correct login.

    If something is unclear to you, this can only be clarified with Avira Support. From here, the public Avira Community, no contact to your customer account is technically possible.
    The Avira Community is subject to the strict requirements of the GDPR and can only be processed in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. GDPR-compliant by e-mail with your correct registration via Avira Support.
    An e-mail connection is not technically possible here in the publicly accessible forum, only posts visible to all can be posted here in the forum.

    Each subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to an Avira customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address.

    Only the owner of the Avira license is responsible for the correct registration in his Avira customer account, only he knows the correct data he used for the purchase and installation. There is no access to your customer account here in the open community.

    Thank you for your assistance, I have had an account since 2015. I'm not PC savvy and just want to speak to someone. Will try another route. Thanks again 🙂
