Payment done for AVIRA Prime but I can not find a download for the product
CompletedDear Billing support team,
I just make a payment through paypal and I am still waiting for:
1- the billing invoice to be send to my email.
2- Be able to download the product that I paid for ( AVIRA Prime ) one year 5 devices.

Premium customers with a valid license and correct registration for the purchased license can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account under “SUPPORT”; via email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.
From there, access to your installation is possible, which is necessary to clarify your question.The digital assistant Mark drew your attention to the correct login: “I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level.” and “If you have an account, please log in for premium support services.” You have already submitted 3 requests in Avira Support! A satisfactory answer is only possible with your correct e-mail address of your order and your correct login, which only you know.
Each subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to an Avira customer account, which is always associated with the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address.
