    Unfortunately, we cannot answer your question ‘What's going on?’ with the information you have provided.

    We here in the Avira Community do not have any access to your Avira customer account, this is only possible after correct registration with Avira Support !

    You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum - an user2user forum. From here we have neither access to your Avira customer account and your Avira installation nor to your purchased Avira licence with current version number and details of your installed OS!
    Here, the publicly accessible Avira Community is unfortunately no way to contact Avira Support. See the Avira Community guidelines: ‘How do I create a post?  ⇒ Details matter’ :

    No Avira licence is stored under the email address you used for this request.

    Every subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.
    You have registered  2  e-mail addresses in the Avira customer account, where 1 e-mail address has not yet been verified by you. 

    Your ‘What's going on?’ Please check your own registrations (with correct verification) in your Avira customer account!

    Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account under ‘SUPPORT’; by email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.
     
    The Avira Community is subject to the strict requirements of the GDPR and can only be processed by email with Avira Support in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation. Thank you for your understanding.
