    Unfortunately, we can't do anything with your information on your post from 01.02.2025 and the two posts from 03.03.2025.

    You have found instructions in the Avira Community Guidelines ‘HOW TO CREATE A POST? ‘ or instructions clearly described here to make a correct request with minimum information about your installation here in the forum:

    •  Are you using an Avira Free or Pro version? For Prime, please provide the latest update version    number!
    •  Which OS is installed on your computer? (Version with last update number)
    •  Which Avira version do you have installed (with last exact update number)?
    •  What have you already done to resolve your issue?
    •  Do you have a problem with the correct Avira login in your Avira customer account?

     We will use this important information to try to help you with your problem.

    Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account under ‘SUPPORT’; by email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.
