My annual subscription has been taken (£112.99) BUT my Avira protection has reverted to the free version (I presume). I can't contact Avira because I haven't got a license......my bank statement shows that Avira HAVE taken £112.99 from my account. Can't find any contact details for Avira home products...only for business products. Am fuming. Have lost the level of protection that I wanted. Have been left with no protection on some devices. Feel that, without being able to contact Avira, I have had £112.99 stolen from me.
