Charged and dont know why?

I saw that I paid to Avira 330 usd, I don't know why?
Don't have any automatic updated and when I logged even said I don't have any license, then why do you charge me?
I never said OK for any automatic software updates and never got any mails about them!
Please answer to xxxxxxxx,
This is very strange: I will also contact my bank and swedish konsumentverket.
