    Hallo!

    Seit einigen Tagen hat sich meine Pro-Version von Avira auf meinem Desktop-PC in eine freie Version umgewandelt. Wie kommt das? In meinem Laptop läuft die Pro-Version einwandfrei und sie soll für 5 Geräte gültig sein.

    Der Programmschlüssel ist: LFVVV-VVVZB-2KRBE-65NJP-P3S9Z

    My computer that I purchased Avira on broke down. I can not accses my account because I can't remember my password. I would like to stop the automatic yearly payment. My new email is mikenizy1@gmail.com. My old email was lmniz@cogeco.ca. This one does not exist anymore. Can I contact someone about this? Please help

    I renewed  my subscription and received an email confirming payment and with an activation number. When I enter the activation number I get this message:  "Maximum user activation for this code has been reached," and my account says I have no active account.

    What do I do now?

    Hello Rich,

    Did you purchase the license in the Avira Online Shop?
    Please log into your customer account with the email address you received with the payment process and the activation number. The license will be activated on the customer account with the email address used during the purchase.

    Then you can install the new license via the customer account under "Install" and activate it immediately.
