    Please make sure that you're logged in with your Avira Prime credentials to unlock Avira Phantom VPN. Afterwards, you can use unlimited secured traffic.

    I have tried to cancel this account for 2 years and you still refuse to cancel and still renew subscription you have no telephone number to ring you and a  your cancellation on your website does not work can some person contact me on 07711 56 22 57 ASAP ask for chris or mark

    Unfortunately, we cannot get a picture of your problem with the information you have provided.
    The Avira Community is a publicly accessible forum, we have neither access to your Avira customer account nor to your Avira installation.
    Unfortunately, questions about your Avira version and your installation can only be handled by the support team via your customer account by email in compliance with GDPR.

    The Avira Community is not a way to contact Avira Support directly.

    The digital assistant Mark even tells how to log in correctly when chatting to get in touch:

    "I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level."   and    "If you have an account, please log in for premium support services."

    Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT", via email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.
    If you log in correctly, you will have access to the 3 support contact options. Deleting a software is not a cancellation of the licence!

    We cannot contact customers, this is only possible via support. You have the data of your licence, we do not have access to it. The licence holder is responsible for the correct processing of the software ordered. Thank you for your understanding.

    tried every thing to cancel and get a refund i believe you are porously stopping me from cancelling as it as been many weeks of trying and i can not talk to anyone and your website lets you get as far as the cancel and refund page click cancel and refund and nothing happens a quick flash of the screen and back to the page before NOT HAPPY
