  You can configure the settings for notifications yourself at  https://my.avira.com  in your customer account:

  Or even delete the account:
  https://support.avira.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000753557--How-can-I-delete-my-Avira-account- 

  We can not make the settings on your PC.
