Avira just randomly TURNED OFF MY PAID PRIME SUBSCRIPTION AFTER A MONTH!
CompletedI PAID FOR PRIME. THEY TURN IT OFF AFTER A MONTH. All I'm left with in my account is a link that says I have no active subscriptions, click here to check out our store! And NO WAY to contact support. Since you have to be a PRIME MEMBER to e-mail them. And I spent $85 on an international call on hold to call and find out what's going on and they don't answer their phone. So now I've paid $184 for less than a month of virus protection and VPN and I've gotten nothing. Since their mail protection doesn't work as Outlook won't work if Avira is running and the antivirus won't scan any of my folders without ACCESS DENIED errors. All of which I was e-mailing support about with no response. So now they just shut me off without a refund? Someone at least needs to give me a refund or reactivate my account so my tech support husband can at least troubleshoot for me since Avira tech support is non-existent.

Well, we've checked your account and indeed there was an active Avira Prime license. This license was canceled and refunded by your request.
We're a bit confused about your statement of our phone service, as we're offering a toll-free hotline for our Avira Prime customers. So, we've also checked our helpdesk system and you've received also answers via email. Please check your spam folder as they might be moved there.

I assure you I never requested a refund and was asleep when this happened. I woke up to find it in this state. Please reactivate what I paid for.

Omg. This is ridiculous. I NEVER submitted a cancellation request. I guess your tech support just didn't want to help with my email and access denied issues. Ok. I'll look for my $99.99 refund in my account. And I HAVE been patient. I've been having issues since 1/24 & have been waiting patiently for help. Checked all folders. Have 1 email from your help desk. I replied to that one 3 x. Mb you should check yours?

I had to uninstall then reinstall due to a windows 10 update causing a conflict. Now it won't give me my prime privileges.
