CompletedMy Licence expired so I just upgraded and bought Prime but when i try to use the activation code I get this message; Maximum user activation for this code has been reached.
What am I doing wrong and can I do to fix this?

We've checked your account(s) and would like to inform you, that you have two Avira accounts based on different email addresses. So, you don't need to use this activation code to unlock your Avira Prime subscription. Just log in with that email address which you've used for purchasing prime.

Please check your licenses at https://my.avira.com ⇒ Subscription.
Is the license Prime displayed there with the term corresponding to the purchase, the expiration date and the activation code?
Did you purchase your license in the Avira Online Shop?
Only then, the license is activated on the customer account with the email address used during purchase.
If the 3 data are available in the account, you only have to click on "Install". The activation code is already activated with this license.

Yes I purchased the license from Avira Online Shop on Mar, 12 with reference number 214598584 (1 year subscription).
3 data you say (purchase / expiration / code) looks disappeared from my account.
I think I have the Prime related apps (Antivirus ... Avira Home Guard... Privacy Pal; are these Prime?) installed on my PC (as shown on my account; I have also Home Guard installed in a second device - a LG phone; not shown on my account devicces list; looks confusing) but I see the invitation to upgrade to Prime. I did this update :)
I hope all will be fixed.

But I think that your installation Avira Prime is not quite correct after all.
It is strange that this license is not displayed in your customer account.Please check again whether you are logged into your customer account with the same email address that was used to send you the Prime license when you purchased it. These two addresses must be identical.
Afterwards the 3 important data of the license Prime will be displayed in your customer account and you can start with the installation of the desired applications.Yes, Antivirus ... Avira Home Guard ... Privacy Pal; are these Prime? these 3 applications belong to the version Prime
To ensure that everything is installed correctly your contribution will be submitted to Mr. Arthur Lukas Huptas for consideration, starting Monday at the earliest.

Do you have any resolution on this? I am still invited to upgrade to Prime.
I want to be sure all are ok with my Avira Prime installation, Avira helps me a lot for years and now with working from home may helps me more than ever.
I checked the e-mail address used for purchasing. It's the same as used on Avira account.

Hello Iulian,
We've checked your reference number and the connected account behind it. So there's just one device connected with this Avira Prime license (an LG smartphone). So if you want to use the same Prime license on other devices please make sure that you are connected with the same credentials as on your LG device.

Well, there is an active subscription (Avira Prime) and an LG device that is connected to it. Based on your name we could find two different email accounts that are used by you.
Please use that account (Gmail) which is also your reference number based on.

Yes, now I see! I completely forgot I have two accounts :( Sorry for this.
That's bad using two accounts. My mistake. I have other troubles now.
(I suppose that happened: I purchased Prime logged in with Yahoo but I activated it logged in with Gmail address and billing info now appear under Gmail based Avira account)
It's there any chance to move all my data to a only one account?
Because I reinstalled Avira Prime by Gmail account, subscription looks good, but....
When I am logged in with Gmail Avira account, Password Manager link is going to the Yahoo Avira account; and there all saved passwords are gone.
Can you please help me with these? I am lost between these two accounts.

I am using three different emails, I wonder whether you can merge them manually in your sercer,
so that I do not loose my passwords?

Well, as the PWM database is separated from all other data there's no merging possible but you can use a workaround:
- Login to your PWM account
- Export your data
https://support.avira.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000814057-How-do-I-export-import-my-data-from-the-Avira-Password-Manager-app- - Logout and re-login while using the other credentials (this one with the active license) and import your PWM data
Please note two points:
- If possible use incognito mode for your browser to run these steps
- As you might don't need the old account afterward, delete it if possible:

I am sorry no success to activate PRIME. I have even deleted and re-installed Avira via the email where I received the Invoice/payment notice: Same message comes: Maximum user activation for this code has been reached.
What to do?
