Cant uninstall the avira pro

Hi Good Day

 

I cant uninstall the Avira Pro Antivirus Licenced versiion (licence expired 2019)  to replace with Free version.

While uninstallaion it is requesting password. As we dont have password for that .

Please help me to uninstall the software and want to replace with Free Avira Antivirus Software.

Please note that i dont have internet access on that PC where the Avira Pro is installed. So i have to install offline version of the software.

  Hello Ashwin,

  If you protected your installation of Avira with a password you need to read this article to uninstall:

  https://support.avira.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002858514-How-do-I-perform-a-manual-reinstallation-of-my-Avira-Antivirus-product-

  Also, please note that we haven't any offline installer for our products as an active internet connection is mandatory.
