About inserting the cd.

Dear sir,

I'm using HP ELITE BOOK windows 10. This laptop has no cd or dvd slot.I have brought an avira antivirus pro a few days ago.But I can not inser the cd as there is no cd or dvd slot.I have already scratch the activation code.Now what should I do?

  Hello Halima,

  A CD is not absolutely necessary, you can log into your customer account, insert your activation code and install your license activated via your customer account under "Install".

  What do you mean, I have already deleted the activation code?

  A CD is not necessary, only the activation code.
  Only with the activation code you can activate your license.

  Have you logged into your customer account and inserted your activation code?

  Help is only possible with exact information, including the version of the Avira software. Did you follow the 2nd link in my description?
