    Hello Halima,

    A CD is not absolutely necessary, you can log into your customer account, insert your activation code and install your license activated via your customer account under "Install".

    What do you mean, I have already deleted the activation code?

    A CD is not necessary, only the activation code.
    Only with the activation code you can activate your license.

    If you have the activation code available again, please contact us one more time.

    Have you logged into your customer account and inserted your activation code?

    Help is only possible with exact information, including the version of the Avira software. Did you follow the 2nd link in my description?
