I want to Purchase Avira Prime, but the website is not working
I have been trying for several weeks to purchase Avira Prime. I contacted Cleverbridge, the company that supports the on line purchasing, who provided me with a telephone number to call. I started a ticket, #364637, and I was first directed to try to purchase it using a different browser, which I did and it did not work, then on a different machine using various browsers, which did not work. I also tried different credit cards and then Paypal. None of these options worked. I then contacted the tech support person again, who asked me to provide screen shots as I went through the online payment process, which I did, screen by screen, emailed them to her and she has not contacted me back. I resent these to her 2 times, no response.
Can someone please help me to complete this process

Meanwhile, there have been some changes in orders and new ways to pay. The problem stated in this thread has already been changed by banks and new ways to pay.You are writing here in a public forum.
