Installation fails - endless restart message

OS : Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate K SP1
Processor : Intel Core I5-4200M
Installed Physical Memory : C Drive SSD (I don't know about manufacturer)

I hoped Antivirus bundle install but it didn't work

If I clicked install button, it can be downloaded.

After download Avira says to me "Hey you should restart your computer"

So, I reboot my computer and open the Avira

But still not downloaded....

I have repeated the above process countless times.

again, again, again,

But still not downloaded....
