    Hy, i upgraded last week to prime, so that 5 computers can be equipped. My old one, the new one and a smart phone. But i canot upgrade to prime and whenever i give my new key code, the answer is that i already reached my limit. Could you check? Thanks,

    I can't quite understand your question.
    Where did you buy this license, in the Avira online shop? Or in retail?

    Please describe exactly where you bought this license.

    If you bought it in the Avira Online Shop, the license will be activated on your Avira customer account, you do not need to insert the license activation code:

    Please check the license in your customer account at https://my.avira.com
    The activation code does not need to be inserted again, it is already activated and means that the limit for activation has been reached. Only INSTALL !

    Please log in to your customer account at https://my.avira.com 

    devices ⇒ protect more devices ⇒ select operating system ⇒ select your OS type, see also:

    Please install Prime Apps from the 2nd section on - there for all operating systems.

    I bougth my new license on site avira. i dont no where.

    When acess to https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/devices in all of my divices show me installed license: none.

    When acess to https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/history show me a PRIME license bougth in 21.05.2020.

    I need to instal this license in my devices. only this
