    Hello James,

    Your activation code is stored in your customer account.

    Please log in to your customer account at https://my.avira.com . Your license will be displayed under Subscriptions ⇒ https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans . In the boxes below you will find the activation code - 25 characters.
    From there your license will be installed and activated immediately by clicking on Install, follow the instructions.

    The activation code does not need to be used separately.

    Hello Alexandria,

    It would be nice if you could be a little more specific. Which Avira version do you want to install on which OS? Where do you buy it?

    Please register at https://my.avira.com/  with the email address, IMPORTANT: the one you used for your subscription when you placed your order.

    The license is always automatically activated on the account with which the license was purchased - if you purchased it in the Avira Online Shop.

    If you do not find any subscriptions in your customer account, this means that you are not logged in with the e-mail address with which the invoice was sent to you. In your Avira customer account there are 2 ! email addresses.

    If you purchased the license in the Avira Online Shop, you do not need an Activation Code for installation (you cannot use an Activation Code anymore, it is not displayed in your customer account). The license is stored in your registered customer account, from here you only have to click on "Install", follow the instructions and the installation with activation is finished.

    You have already created a ticket at the support. Without further details about your problem it is not possible to fix it. You have a gmail and an appleid email address, but one is not yet verified.
