    Hello Jesse,

    Please log in to your customer account  https://my.avira.com/  with the e-mail address you used to purchase your license.
    This is important, the license is always automatically activated on the account with which the license was purchased. If you don't find any subscriptions in your customer account, it means that you are not logged in with the email address you used to receive the invoice. There are 2 email addresses in your Avira customer account.
    Please log in with the correct email address, then your license will be displayed in your customer account.
    You don't need a license key, just click INSTALL directly from your customer account - the license has already been activated and sent to your account -  then follow the instructions for installation and activation. See also:
