I paid a pro version of Avira system speed up and im not getting it.

    Hello Paulo,

    You have already created a ticket at the support and described your request there. From there you will get an answer, there is your customer data, which we do not have access to.
    The community is publicly accessible, personal data may not be questioned and processed here - Privacy Policy GDPR

    In the meantime check the information in your customer account. Is the license with the purchased runtime displayed there?

    Are you registered with the correct e-mail address? This is important.
    There are several of your email addresses in your Avira customer account.
    Did you do anything special before the changeover?

    The support team will also contact you with the important information about your license.

    Hi, thanks for the answer. I did not do anything before it happened ( it was working ok just a couple of days before). I have several e-mail adresses in my acount? Not that im aware... ( i think i registered back in 2016 or 14,not sure so it is possible there are other emails). My account says i have no license or subscription....If i try to reinstall will it work? Or is it better to wait for yor supporte? Thank you.

    Hello Paulo,

    There's been a change in your e-mail addresses. But that's not too bad, the 4 are still copied at Avira.

    If you are logged in with the email address that was used to purchase the license, the license will be displayed in your customer account.
    Please wait for the answer from the support, from there additional checks are possible, which we cannot access here.

    Perhaps the following information will help you:
    You have paid with PayPal, have you entered your delivery address, so that no 2nd address has to be established? See:
    https://support.avira.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002157057-How-can-I-change-my-delivery-email-address-when-purchasing-via-PayPal- 
    Dated 28.03.2020 you have an e-mail account, but this has not yet been validated. On this account your license should be deposited.
