    Please describe exactly what message you are getting. System error or invalid activation code. Which OS and which Avira version? When was the license purchased? Do you have the sales receipt? Did you use the following instructions?

    Unfortunately we cannot activate anything, this must be initiated with your activation code.

    You have unfortunately also replied to a "no-reply" e-mail. This is a notification e-mail that informs you about your new message in your post and will be deleted afterwards. This e-mail cannot be used to create a new post in the community, it is also described in the e-mail:

    Hello Michael Acevedo,

    the activation code you are trying to enter here was already used last year and is now expired since it only had a runtime of one year. 

    Maybe there is another activation code in your inbox?
